Appointments
You will be happy to know that we will generally see you right at the appointed time and complete your treatment in as few visits as possible.
For us to be efficient for the time we have scheduled for you, we would ask that you be prompt and always give 48 hours notice if you can not keep an appointment so that we may schedule other patients on our waiting list.
Insurance and Billing
Our office accepts most insurance plans and will gladly process your dental claim. Please bring the necessary information with you on your first visit. Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. We ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.
